Responsibilities:
– Own End-to-end Incentive Management Process for the Sales in Organization
– Involvement in target setting for the sales organization and building Sales Incentive letters and annual plans for the entire sales and presales team.
– Assess business performance with focus on the quarterly as well as annual targets.
– Evaluate the earnings and commission payout on quarterly basis, based on parameters defined as per the Sales Incentive policy
– Actively engage with the sales team in making timely communications regarding payout, address and resolve any queries raised
– Act as a liaison for FP&A to identify and track quarterly payout estimates for cost provisioning activities
– Liaise with HR on need basis for evaluating settlement details for transfer or exit employees
– Embed analytics and KPIs into operating rhythm to effectively measure business performance and process improvement
– Ensure yearly review of Sales Incentive Policy to incorporate modifications based on sales strategies.
– Drive automation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to improve overall process efficiency
Qualification & Experience:
– CA or MBA (or equivalent) degree in finance, strategy, or decision analysis from a top tier university
– 5+years of relevant Finance experience, with demonstrated ability to perform ad-hoc analysis and advanced financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
– Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
– Ability to communicate effectively financial parameters to business.
– Ability to work in matrixed organization and lead teams in a cross-functional setting.
– Strategic, analytical, and pragmatic thinking with sharp commercial and financial acumen
– Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
