As part of our opening team, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, master seasonal cocktails, and collaborate with the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic city-centre location.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• A thirst for knowledge - be it product, service, or everything in between.
• A natural people person - you're confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender - willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded.

We are looking for a Bartender to shake things up with us at The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India's Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India's "Silicon Valley", a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton's well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large-scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton's unique meeting & events concept
