Role Description

The Bending Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for operating and monitoring bending machines used in the fabrication of robotic components. The role includes reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines with appropriate tools and materials, and performing precise bending operations to meet production specifications. The operator will inspect parts for quality and accuracy, perform basic machine maintenance, and report any equipment issues or deviations from standards. Daily tasks also involve following safety protocols, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and maintaining a clean and organized work area to support efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor bending and related machinery, with solid Machine Operation skills.
• Understanding of Quality Control practices, including inspection of parts and adherence to production standards.
• Experience working safely with industrial Machinery and basic Hand Tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Clear Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and team members on production requirements.
• Experience in metal fabrication or mechanical assembly is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of reading engineering drawings or technical blueprints is preferred.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail in daily operations.
• Prior experience as a machine operator or vocational training in mechanical or industrial trades is an advantage.
