Job summary

Lipi in Rajasthan, India is seeking a skilled CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC press brake machines to form sheet metal parts according to blueprints and specs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bending experience, can read mechanical drawings, and is proficient with calipers and gauges. Familiarity with Amada or similar CNC equipment is a plus; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC press brake/bending machines.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC bending machines to produce parts per drawings.
• Read engineering drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
• Select tools, dies, and settings based on material specs.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges for tolerances.

• Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings based on material and part specifications.
  
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges to ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances.
  
• Collaborate with the quality control team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate production.
