Job summary

Inchi Solutions is seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to design, program, and commission PLC/SCADA/HMI systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT for industrial lines. You will lead on-site installation, testing, and commissioning at Bengaluru/Hosur sites and liaise with electrical, mechanical, and process teams to ensure seamless integration.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of PLC/SCADA/HMI experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, and are willing to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation required.
• 2–5 years hands-on PLC/SCADA/HMI programming experience; Beckhoff TwinCAT strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, motion control, and protocols EtherCAT, Modbus, Profinet.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice are preferred.
• Willingness to work from Bengaluru or Hosur and travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and provide after-sales support/maintenance to customers.
• Travel to client sites as required for installation and support.
