Aarvi Encon in Hyderabad seeks a Real Estate Finance Advisory professional to originate and structure transactions across debt, asset sales, and project finance, while building relations with developers, investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships within the real estate ecosystem across Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Educational Institutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business and financial requirements and deliver advisory and financing solutions.
• Originate and structure transactions across debt raising, asset sales, project finance, LRD, and project monitoring mandates.
• Coordinate discussions with capital providers including Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and other financial institutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage end-to-end execution and closure of transactions.
• Identify opportunities in real estate and financial asset transactions to drive growth.
• Analyze financial statements, project cash flows, and transaction structures to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on market trends, deal activity, pricing benchmarks, and sector developments.
• Experience in real estate advisory, investment banking, project finance, or transaction advisory roles.
• Proven exposure to working with developers, investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
