Job summary

BGR Energy Systems in Chennai seeks a senior BD leader to own order intake for the Power vertical across geographies, and to build and lead the sector BD team including Regional BD Managers and the Estimation/Quotation Manager.

Drive structured pipeline growth, coordinate with the Prequalification, Approvals and Proposals Manager and Market Intelligence Analyst to pursue sector opportunities, and work with engineering leads to close capability gaps before BD commitments.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in BD/sales leadership within power generation EPC or engineering services.
• Proven track record converting engineering credentials into order intake.
• Strong techno-commercial acumen.
