Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Gurugram is seeking a Base SW Specialist (Autosar with Powertrain) to develop and validate embedded software for BMS powertrain applications.

You will design software architecture, implement AUTOSAR components, and ensure MISRA compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years’ automotive embedded software experience.
• Skilled with Davinci, EB Tresos, Git, JIRA, Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANdela).
• Familiar with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate embedded base software for BMS powertrain.
• Define requirements and architecture; implement and test AUTOSAR software.
• Design MCAL and device drivers; perform unit/bench tests.
• Ensure MISRA compliance and conduct code reviews.
• Document work with DOORs, JIRA and Enterprise Architect.
• Conduct code reviews, static analysis, and root-cause issue resolution.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Base SW Specialist(Autosar with Power train domain)

Job Location- Gurugram.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Role Overview:
Develop and validate embedded base software for Battery Management System (BMS) powertrain applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design software architecture, implement, and test solutions in compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain software module requirements for BMS powertrain.


• Design, implement, and verify embedded software (AUTOSAR) for microcontrollers (Aurix Tricore, Renesas RH850).


• Develop MCAL and Complex Device Drivers; perform unit and bench tests.


• Ensure compliance with coding standards (MISRA).


• Document work using DOORs, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect.


• Conduct code reviews, static analysis, and root-cause issue resolution.
