Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role.
• Hospitality/F&B certification or relevant training is advantageous.
• Freshers with relevant barista training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks per recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.
• Take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, counters, and work area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and other supplies.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper portion control.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
