Job summary

Role Description

The Barista (Lateral) is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, in line with The Amore’s quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and service areas, and ensuring proper stock of ingredients and supplies. The Barista will interact with guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver consistent, courteous customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the service and kitchen teams during events, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and supporting the overall guest experience in the boutique banquet setting.
