Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills focused on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Solid Food & Beverage experience, including bar operations, beverage menus, and quality standards.
• Effective communication for coordinating with staff, management, and guests.
• Experience in training bar staff on service procedures, product knowledge, and safety practices.
• Sales skills including upselling and promoting specials to support revenue targets.
• Previous bar management or supervisory hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and basic reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with local alcohol laws and safety regulations.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage.
• Knowing Tamil is an added advantage.

Role Description
