Job summary

Merlis Hotels Coimbatore is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, coordinate service, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and hygiene.

You will work with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency, manage reservations, training, budgeting basics, inventory, and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Restaurant Manager role at Merlis Hotels Coimbatore is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating service, and ensuring smooth food and beverage delivery. This role involves managing reservations, monitoring dining room standards, addressing guest feedback, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for staff scheduling, training, and performance guidance, as well as working with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and hygiene standards. The position also includes managing inventory, controlling costs, supporting basic budgeting activities, and enforcing safety and compliance policies.
