Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead and deliver exceptional event hospitality in our Dadri, India venues. You will supervise banquet operations, coordinate with clients and departments, and ensure service excellence and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and revenue targets, recruit and coach teams, monitor guest feedback, and strive for high guest satisfaction and profitability across all banquets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet events, setups, and service operations.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage food and beverage quality and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing for each event.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and labour costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
