Job summary

AIG Engineering Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Banking Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day banking activities and manage relationships with nationalized banks.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in banking operations, working capital facilities knowledge, and strong financial analysis, with excellent Excel and MS Office skills. Prior experience with public sector banks is preferred and coordination with finance teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in banking operations, finance, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience with nationalized/public sector banks is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of working capital facilities, CC limits, BGs, LCs, stock statements, and banking documentation.
  • Good knowledge of financial ratios and financial analysis.
  • Experience dealing with credit rating agencies will be an advantage.
  • Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple banking requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with banks and bankers.
  • Prepare and monitor financial ratios, MIS, and banking-related reports.
  • Prepare and submit stock statements, CMA data, and other banking documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding sanction limits, renewals, enhancements, BGs, LCs, and working capital facilities.
  • Handle regular banking requests, documentation, and information requirements from bankers.
  • Coordinate with credit rating agencies and support the credit rating process.
  • Monitor compliance with banking covenants, terms, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of banking facilities, securities, limits, outstanding obligations, BGs, and LCs.
  • Coordinate with internal Finance and Accounts teams to ensure timely submission of required information to banks.
  • Support management in negotiations and discussions with banks regarding various credit facilities and working capital requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of all banking-related activities and deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Banking Operations Manager to manage banking relationships and oversee day-to-day banking operations. Preferred candidate profile


Experience: 8+ years in banking operations, finance, or a similar role.
Prior experience working with nationalized/public sector banks is preferred.
Strong understanding of working capital facilities, CC limits, BGs, LCs, stock statements, and banking documentation.
Good knowledge of financial ratios and financial analysis.
Experience dealing with credit rating agencies will be an advantage.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple banking requirements and deadlines.
