Job summary

Datamark BPO Service is hiring fresh graduates for Banking Operations to gain exposure to core banking processes, account servicing, and regulatory compliance. The role involves handling CAS, return mail processing, and Disputes under Regulation E, with rotational shifts if required.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Servicing (CAS)

• Process customer account maintenance requests.
• Update customer information such as address changes and account modifications.
• Handle account closures, ownership updates, product conversions, and fee adjustments.
• Ensure requests are completed accurately within defined service levels.

Return Mail Processing

• Review and process returned customer communications.
• Research customer records to identify updated information.
• Update customer profiles and mailing details.
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Disputes - Regulation E

• Investigate customer claims related to unauthorized electronic transactions.
• Review debit card, ATM, ACH, and online banking disputes.
• Research transaction history and supporting documentation.
• Process claim resolutions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow compliance guidelines and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, BBM, MBA Fresher)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of banking terminology is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
