Heaven Green Energy in Surat invites an experienced Banking & Loan Manager / Senior Manager to own the company’s banking, financing and funding activities. You will manage bank relationships, oversee term loans, working capital facilities and project finance, and prepare CMA data and financial projections.

This role requires strong negotiation skills with banks to secure suitable facilities and ensure smooth loan execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Corporate Banking and Project Finance experience.
• Experience handling Term Loan, CC/OD, BG/LC and Working Capital.
• Strong CMA and Financial Projections knowledge.
• Strong banking relationship management skills.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Banking & Loan Manager / Senior Manager to take ownership of the company’s banking, financing and funding activities. The role will involve managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, handling various banking facilities, supporting project finance and fundraising requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of loan-related activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Term Loans, CC/OD limits, BG/LC facilities, Working Capital requirements and Project Finance. The role will also involve preparation and review of CMA data, financial projections, funding proposals and banking documentation. Strong experience in negotiating with banks, managing banking relationships and securing suitable financial facilities will be important for this position.
