Job summary

Heaven Green Energy Ltd. is seeking a Banking & Loan Support Executive to bolster the company’s banking and loan activities.

The role involves coordinating with banks, maintaining documentation, helping with loan processing and disbursement, and tracking repayments to ensure timely banking requirements. The candidate will work with the Finance and Banking team, manage banking facilities records, and follow up on pending documents, approvals and disbursements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Banking, Finance or Loan Operations experience.
• Knowledge of bank documentation.
• Experience in bank coordination and follow-up.
• Knowledge of BG, LC and OD

Job description

We are looking for a Banking & Loan Support Executive to support the company’s banking and loan-related activities. The role will involve regular coordination with banks, maintaining banking documentation, supporting loan processing and disbursement, tracking repayments and ensuring timely completion of banking requirements.

The candidate will work closely with the Finance and Banking team and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of banking facilities, loan documentation and related correspondence. The role requires regular follow-up with banks for pending documents, approvals, disbursements, repayments and other banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities
• Prepare and maintain bank and loan documentation
• Support loan processing and disbursement
• Handle BG, LC, CC and OD documentation

Must Have

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Banking, Finance or Loan Operations experience
• Knowledge of bank documentation
• Experience in bank coordination and follow-up
• Knowledge of BG, LC, CC and OD

Nice to have

• Corporate Banking experience
• Project Finance experience
• Solar, EPC, Manufacturing or Infrastructure experience
• Strong analytical skills
