Job summary

Pizza 4P’s invites an experienced HR Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team in Bengaluru. You will own HR documentation, standardize processes across locations, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, attendance, contract renewals, and compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Karnataka rules. Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi is required for this multi-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• PGDM or MBA in HR is a plus.
• 8+ years HR operations experience with multi-site execution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity).

Responsibilities

• Own all HR documentation, templates, SOPs, and process maps.
• Build and maintain a cloud-based HR document repository.
• Drive standardization across locations, shifts, and cities.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment briefs to onboarding and Day 1 readiness.

• Handle promotions, transfers, renewals, resignations, and offboarding.
• Oversee Google Workspace lifecycle, accommodation ops, stock, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain compliance calendar for PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Karnataka requirements.
• Structure HR data and build automated dashboards for monthly insights.
• Coordinate and develop direct reports; ensure timely execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own all HR documentation, templates, SOPs, and process maps
• Build and maintain a cloud-based HR document repository
• Drive standardization so that every team member delivers consistent outcomes across locations, shifts, and cities

2. Partner Lifecycle Management

• Plan and run the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, from issuing recruitment briefs to specialists, through to onboarding and Day 1 readiness
• Coordinate payroll and attendance processing in our internal system and with the Operations team
• Manage promotions, transfers, contract renewals, resignations, and offboarding

3. Workplace, Accommodation & Facilities

• Manage Google Workspace account lifecycle for all staff
• Oversee accommodation operations: move-in/out, master register, landlord relations, and petty cash
• Handle uniform orders, stock, distribution, and returns
• Maintain general office and facility upkeep across sites
• Maintain the compliance calendar and ensure all statutory deadlines are met (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Karnataka S&E, and others)
• Manage HR-related vendor contracts and conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews
• Document and enforce approval workflows via internal systems
• Conduct regular audits and proactively flag compliance, fraud, and grievance risks

5. Data, Reporting & Scaling

• Structure HR data and build automated dashboards that refresh without manual effort
• Deliver a monthly HR insight pack to the Manager
• Plan HR readiness for new store openings and city expansions

6. Team Coordination & Execution Assurance

• Coordinate and develop direct reports; set clear expectations, give honest feedback, and coach without micromanaging
• Verify that execution actually happens and that no critical tasks are missed
• Step in personally to execute whenever a team member is unavailable or a position is vacant

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A PGDM or MBA in HR is a plus.

Experience

8 years in HR operations, with at least 2–3 years of demonstrated multi-site experience. We are looking for candidates who have personally run execution at the floor or field level, not just supervised it. A track record of building SOPs, checklists, dashboards, or workflows that allowed a function to scale is strongly preferred.

Compliance Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law and hands‑on experience with statutory filings: PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Karnataka employment‑related requirements.

Languages

Kannada, English, and Hindi — native or fluent proficiency in all three is required.
