Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance invites applications for Sales Manager across multiple locations in West Bengal, including Siliguri and surrounding areas. The role is on payroll of Kotak Life Insurance and based in partner premises at Bandhan Bank locations. CTC ranges from 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA with 1 year of life insurance experience.

The incumbent will lead, motivate and train partner agents, set targets, generate leads, and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive sales.

Qualifications

• The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner to achieve business targets.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
• Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
• Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers based on need analysis.
• Provide ongoing partner training to ensure a productive channel.
