Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage employee background verification cases received from clients. The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors for court record checks, reviewing and analysing verification reports, investigating adverse findings (Red Reports), and preparing accurate final reports for clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Case Management
  • Receive and review background verification cases assigned by clients.
  • Verify candidate details and ensure all required information and documents are available.
  • Maintain accurate records of assigned cases and track verification progress.
• Court Record Verification
  • Initiate court record verification checks through authorised third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of court record checks.
  • Follow up on pending cases and resolve verification-related queries.
• Report Analysis and Quality Check
  • Review and analyse court record verification reports received from vendors.
