Happy2Investt is seeking an onboarding specialist to manage client onboarding, Demat and trading account openings, and KYC verification. You will handle client documentation and coordinate with CDSL, NSDL and stock exchanges, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.

The role requires knowledge of stock markets and broking operations, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage inquiries and follow-up tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Onboarding clients and opening Demat/Trading accounts.
• KYC verification and handling client documentation.
• Familiarity with NSE/BSE/CDSL/NSDL processes.

Responsabilités

• Handle client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Verify KYC and maintain client documentation records.
• Coordinate with CDSL/NSDL/exchanges and broking offices.
• Monitor holding statements, contract notes and ledger reports.
• Assist with trade settlement and fund pay-in/pay-out.
• Respond to client queries via calls, email and messages.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to follow company procedures.

Role & responsibilities

Handle client onboarding, Demat and Trading account opening.

Manage KYC verification and client documentation.

Handle Demat-related activities, share transfers, pledge/unpledge and other client requests.

Coordinate with CDSL, NSDL, stock exchanges and broking house head offices.

Check and maintain holding statements, transaction statements, contract notes and ledger reports.

Assist with trade settlement, fund pay-in and pay-out activities.

Handle client queries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.

Follow up on pending documentation, account opening and operational requests.

Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Equity and Broking Operations.

Understanding of Demat and Trading Accounts.

Knowledge of NSE, BSE, CDSL and NSDL.

Familiarity with CDSL Easi/Easiest and KYC procedures.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Accuracy, attention to detail and time management.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.

NISM certification will be an added advantage.
