Job summary

RS Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi seeks a graduate or postgraduate with back office experience in stock broking. The role covers account opening, KYC supervision, and trade settlement tasks within the back office operations.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of exchange-related software; Shilpi software is an added advantage. Strong written communication is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate is required.
• Working knowledge of Shilpi software will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Back office operations at a stock broker is preferred.
• Understanding of exchange related software is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account opening processes.
• Supervise KYC processes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor trade settlement processes and reconciliations.
• Manage enhanced supervision file processes.
• Handle SLB Segment Pay-in management and reconciliation.
• Administer QUSA account management and related tasks.
• Coordinate early pay-in management and demat reconciliation.
• Verify daily obligations by comparing exchange trading files with trading software files.
• Manage cash margin files and pledged securities creation/modification.
• Import transactions into back office systems and post them accurately.
