Job summary

Indovation Lab LLP in Pune is seeking hands-on Java Engineers to develop and maintain microservices for a Debt Management System. Responsibilities include building scalable REST APIs, service integrations, and event-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Java 17+ and Spring Boot for microservices.
• Proficient in REST API design and integration.
• Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT.
• Familiarity with Keycloak for IAM.
• Experience with Oracle DB using JPA/Hibernate.
• RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging.
• Proficient with Maven, Git, Docker and CI/CD basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement service integrations and event-driven workflows with RabbitMQ.
• Develop secure APIs using Spring Security and OAuth2/JWT.
• Work with Oracle databases using JPA/Hibernate.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment using Docker and Git tools.
• Own technical implementation of complex features and service integrations.
• Contribute to design discussions, solution architecture, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews.
• Identify technical risks and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for hands-on Java Engineers to develop and maintain microservices for a Debt Management System platform. The role involves building scalable REST APIs, implementing service integrations, developing event-driven workflows, and ensuring code quality, security, and reliability.

Candidates should have strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, with exposure to enterprise application development and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement service integrations and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ.
• Develop secure APIs using Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, and Keycloak.
• Work with Oracle databases and implement persistence using JPA/Hibernate.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
