LTM in Pune/Mumbai invites an experienced Java Microservices backend specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices applications with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security of services built with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• 5 to 14 years of experience; candidates with 6–8 years are preferred for this role.
• Mandatory expertise in Java Microservices, Java Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy microservices aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain Java based microservices using modern frameworks and best practices Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement backend solutions Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives Document technical specifications and architecture for developed services.
