ThoughtWin - A CMMI Level 3 Company in Pune is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and implement high-volume, low-latency Java-based services. You will collaborate across teams to translate user requirements into scalable system features and clean, testable code.

Applicants should have 6+ years of hands-on Java experience, Spring Boot, microservices, API development, and performance optimization; AWS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Java with good understanding of its ecosystem.
• Hands-on knowledge of OOP concepts and patterns.
• Understanding of design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Java-Spring based micro-services.
• Ability to write clean, testable code.
• Strong soft skills: prioritization, time management, communication, organization, leadership, and willingness to learn.
• Nice to have: AWS Cloud, Jira/Confluence, automation testing, SQL.
