Job summary

Vrinsoft, Ahmedabad, is seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead to drive project scopes through clear documentation and client-facing communications. You will lead the BA team, ensure quality, manage sprints, and coordinate with design, tech, and sales teams to deliver results.

The role demands strong English communication, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to prepare BRD, Scope documents, FRD, and SRS while maintaining aggressive deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and project delivery.
• Experience in a service-based company is preferred.
• Location preference: Ahmedabad, India.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project aims and work with SMEs to design customer solutions.
• Track projects and communicate with customers.
• Monitor quality of work items and defects; analyze trends.
• Run Sprints, manage work allocation and tracking through PMS.
• Coordinate with tech team and manage project deliveries.
• Lead BA team and review outputs.
• Predict risks and demonstrate knowledge of UAT.
• Communicate with design, technical, and sales teams; pro-actively coordinate.
• Develop case studies and white papers showing ROI after industry analysis.
• Strong logical reasoning and aptitude; excellent English skills.
• Explain ideas clearly; good logical skills; proactive learner.
• Be motivated to initiate projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in service-based environments and understanding of BRD, Scope document, FRD, SRS.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst role is a customer facing role, needed for clear documentation of scope of work for various projects and for driving the projects to successful completion by continuously monitoring the quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project aims and objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design the solution for customers.
• Tracking projects and communicating with customers.
• Tracking quality of work items created in projects and analyzing trend of defects to control quality.
• Running Sprints, manage work allocation and tracking should be done through PMS
• Manage project deliveries and coordinate with tech team.
• Managing BA team and their work output.
• Predicting risks in projects and should have knowledge of UAT.
• Communicate effectively with the design, technical team and sales teams. (Should be proactive in communication coordination )
• Develop case studies and white papers after required industry analysis and bring out ROI clearly in case studies.
• Strong in logical reasoning and aptitude.
