Job summary

Icorets in India seeks an experienced reconciliation specialist to manage daily and monthly sales reconciliation across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho. You will verify payments, resolve mismatches, and support month-end closing with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

The role requires B.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance, and hands-on experience with B2C/e-commerce settlements. Knowledge of Tally or Odoo is a plus.

Qualifications

• 24 years of relevant B2C/e-commerce reconciliation experience.
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS.
• Knowledge of marketplace settlement reports, returns, refunds, and deductions.
• Working knowledge of Tally or ERP software (Odoo is an advantage).
• Ability to independently manage reconciliation across multiple marketplaces.
