Job summary

WSP India invites an experienced Proposal Writer & Graphic Designer to join our Advisory team focused on Energy & Generation sector in India. The role combines design leadership with persuasive proposal development and visual storytelling.

You will collaborate with engineers, proposal managers and marketing to ensure brand consistency, mentor junior designers, and deliver visually compelling documents, diagrams and multimedia assets on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly.
• Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus
• Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.

This includes (but not limited to):

Creative Development
