Mizuho GlobalServices Pvt Ltd (MGS) is seeking a senior IT professional with 14+ years of experience and a strong background in Azure, Intune, Zscaler, and M365. The role requires leadership of an IT team and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

The candidate must hold Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert and demonstrate depth in ITIL processes, cloud security, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge in M365 applications.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.
• Oversee IT network concepts including firewalls, load balancers, API gateways and monitoring.

Job Heading

We are looking for a passionate individual, having 14+ Years of work experience and computer science/IT UG/PG background, with expertise in Azure, Intune, zScalar, M365 and must to have Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert. The candidate should also have been in leadership roles in the past organization leading atleast a total number of 5+ staffs in IT team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge in M365 applications.
• In leadership position ready to handle a team of 5+ Staff.
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
• Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.
• The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile.
• In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.
• DR Server management and sync with primary location.
• Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.
