Role Description

Job Title: Production Support in Regulatory Reporting

Work Arrangement: 3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Shift Time: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Overview:

Requires good Unix experience with basic commands and Shell scripting. Python knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise batch schedulers like TWS or Autosys. Strong SQL experience for DML and basic performance troubleshooting. Good debugging and troubleshooting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Experience in the Regulatory Reporting domain.

Work Timing and On-Call Support:

• Flexible to support any 9-hour shift within a 24-hour window during weekdays, on a rotational basis.
• Shift timings include 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM IST, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST.
• Additional work hours may be required to complete scheduling requests. On-call support on weekends on a rotational basis.
