Qualifications

• Proven experience in AWP / access equipment / heavy equipment rental sales.
• Strong network in construction, infrastructure, warehousing, or industrial sectors.
• Good understanding of rental business models & on-site requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental sales for AWP equipment including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Spider Lifts, and Truck-Mounted Boom Lifts.
• Identify and generate leads through market mapping, client visits, and industry networking.
• Develop strong relationships with EPC contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and industrial clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations & logistics teams for timely deployment and execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
