Job summary

Ripik.AI in Noida is seeking an experienced executive to join the n-1 leadership team, working directly with the CEO on priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.

You will own a major function end-to-end or lead a cross-functional Chief of Staff mandate, helping the company scale toward an IPO with exposure to international markets and venture-backed growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Tier 1 college with strong academic record.
• 8+ years of experience, including significant consulting background (McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalent).
• Proven client handling experience with senior stakeholders from day one.
• Stellar academic and professional pedigree with a track record of handling high-stakes problems.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with end-to-end ownership of a workstream or client relationship.
• Sharp written and verbal communication able to engage with a CEO, board, or C-suite.

• Be part of Ripik's n-1 leadership team, working directly with and next to the CEO on the priorities that matter most to the company.
• Be part of Ripik's entire journey to IPO from where we are today to the day we ring the bell carrying the operational and reporting rigor that journey demands.
• Lead one major function end-to-end: Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Growth/Marketing or take on a functional Chief of Staff mandate spanning all three, running point on the CEO's highest-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate from a Tier 1 college preferred.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including a significant stretch in top-tier consulting.
• Client handling experience from a top-tier consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) comfortable owning a senior stakeholder relationship from day one.
• Stellar academic and professional pedigree, with a track record of being trusted with ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset has run a workstream, function, or client relationship end-to-end, not just contributed to one.
• Sharp written and verbal communication able to operate credibly in front of a CEO, a board, or a customer's C-suite with equal ease.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a flexible mandate genuinely excited to lead whichever function needs them most, rather than needing a fixed job description.
