Job summary

Ripik.AI in Noida, Sector-16, seeks an experienced Associate Director Product Delivery to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success teams through deployment and post-deployment phases.

You will be the primary liaison for assigned developers, ensuring smooth handoffs, rapid value realization, and cross-functional execution across hardware, software and data science.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding Product Delivery & Customer Success teams through deployment and post-deployment phases.
• Strong collaboration across hardware, software, and data science teams.
• Proven Scrum Master with ability to lead cross-functional pods.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Customer and Ripik's Technical Team ( Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments
• Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
• Spend the day around Planning, Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers team
• Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Product Delivery to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripiks products. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface between Customer and Ripiks Technical Team ( Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments
• Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM A/ B/ C/ L
