Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an AVP to own Front Office Application Support for core investment platforms in Mumbai. You will drive incident resolution, service delivery, and stakeholder partnerships across global teams while ensuring audit and regulatory readiness.

This high-visibility role requires deep understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and experience with OMS/EMS like Bloomberg AIM, MarketAxess, or TradeWeb.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Investment / Trade Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience supporting Front Office trading platforms (OMS/EMS such as Bloomberg AIM, MarketAxess, TradeWeb).
• Proven ownership of Incident/Service Management for trading or investment apps.
• Working knowledge of FIX messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own Incident Management and service delivery for Front Office investment applications
• Act as service owner for the core Investment platform, Bloomberg, WSO, and related trading systems
• Prioritise and manage the Front Office support pipeline based on business impact
• Partner directly with trading desk and business users to resolve issues and improve daily workflows
• Drive service improvement initiatives and track outcomes via MI/dashboards for regional reviews
• Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Failover testing
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones; occasional weekend support for critical releases/events

About the Role

We're hiring an AVP to own Front Office Application Support for our core Investment platforms. You'll be the service owner for critical trading and investment applications — driving incident resolution, service improvement, and stakeholder partnership across global teams, while keeping us audit- and regulation-ready.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who understands the Trade Life Cycle end-to-end and wants to work at the intersection of technology and front-office trading operations.

What You'll Do

• Own Incident Management and service delivery for Front Office investment applications
• Act as service owner for the core Investment platform, Bloomberg, WSO, and related trading systems
• Prioritise and manage the Front Office support pipeline based on business impact

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of the Investment / Trade Life Cycle
• Hands-on experience supporting Front Office trading platforms (OMS/EMS — Bloomberg AIM, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, or similar)
• Proven Incident/Service Management ownership for trading or investment applications
• Working knowledge of FIX messaging and trade data troubleshooting

Good to Have

• ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience
• Exposure to Market Data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon)
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes and relevant market regulations
• Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong Excel / MI reporting skills

Experience

• 10–12 years total, ideally within Asset Management or Capital Markets technology
• Minimum 5 years in Application Support / Service Management for trading systems
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional global teams
