NetCom Learning in India seeks an Assistant Vice President – Finance & Operations to lead Finance and Operations across our India business. This leadership role focuses on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and AI-driven transformation to strengthen profitability and governance.

The ideal candidate will drive automation, scalable processes, and strategic partnership with executive leadership to support rapid growth and multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting and Business Operations.
• Experience leading Finance transformation in high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, Technology Services, or Global B2B businesses is preferred.
• Experience working with executive leadership and managing multi-entity businesses.

We are seeking a Assistant Vice President – Finance & Operations to lead Finance and Operations across our India business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, governance, and business performance.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional finance expertise, business acumen, leadership, technology, and AI capabilities while remaining hands‑on in execution. This individual will play a key role in strengthening budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, operational processes, automation, and profitability across NetCom Learning and our startup ecosystem.

Success in this role means building a proactive Finance organization that identifies risks before they arise, recommends practical solutions, drives operational discipline, and supports long-term business growth.
