With its primary base in New York, the foundation builds global partnerships with non‑profits, academic institutions, governments, and multilateral organizations to expand education access and drive meaningful social impact in underserved communities worldwide.
The Funding & Partnerships Manager will lead the foundation’s resource mobilization and partnership strategy, playing a critical role in scaling its education and social impact initiatives globally. This role is responsible for securing funding, building strategic collaborations, and managing donor relationships across CSR, institutional, philanthropic, and public‑sector ecosystems. Success in this role will be defined by sustained funding growth, strong multi‑year partnerships, and measurable program impact.
Develop and execute a comprehensive funding and resource mobilization strategy aligned with the foundation’s mission and growth objectives.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities across CSR programs, foundations, HNIs, multilateral agencies, and institutional donors.
Lead the preparation of grant proposals, concept notes, donor presentations, and funding applications.
Manage the complete funding lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closure and renewals.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies, and foundations.
Co‑create collaborative initiatives including education programs, leadership development projects, research, and capacity‑building efforts.
Represent the foundation at external events, conferences, and stakeholder forums to strengthen credibility and visibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and partners, ensuring transparent communication and relationship continuity.
Ensure donor compliance through timely reporting, impact documentation, and progress updates.
Collaborate with program, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to articulate impact and value propositions.
Track and report on funding pipelines, partnerships, and outcomes, providing regular strategic updates to leadership.
Ensure regulatory, legal, and governance compliance related to funding, CSR, MoUs, and donor agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field (master’s preferred)
7–12 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, donor relations, or institutional collaborations
Proven success in securing and managing large grants, CSR funding, and multi‑stakeholder partnerships
Experience engaging with senior leadership, boards, donors, and public‑sector stakeholders
