Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of the tyre showroom and multi-brand car service workshop.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyres, services, and maintenance solutions.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure proper diagnosis and quality execution of automotive repair and maintenance work.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, job cards, and maintain service-related records.
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support sales and service targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional standards at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in the automotive, tyre, car service, or workshop industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of cars, tyres, servicing, repairs, and basic automotive systems.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with technicians and customers.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Candidates with experience in Bridgestone, Bosch Car Service, or other reputed automotive workshops will be preferred for relevant positions.
