We’re a diverse team of trailblazers, engineers, designers, creatives and visionaries—united by a shared obsession: to craft machines that are not only sustainable but exhilarating. Here, radical design meets intelligent technology, and every line of code or bolt of hardware brings us closer to reshaping the future of mobility.

Our mission is to accelerate the evolution of mobility across the globe - and we’re just getting started.

If you're driven by purpose, inspired by possibility, and ready to build something that truly matters, Ultraviolette is the place where your ambition becomes impact. Let's create the future—together.

As a Principal/Lead Electronics Engineer – Embedded Hardware , your roles and responsibilities include:

1. Vehicle Electronics Architecture
  • Design, build and bring into production high performance electronics hardware such as vehicle control units, display clusters, telematics that include RF circuits, and sensor electronics.
  • Extract requirements from different component systems, firmware systems, software systems and vehicle systems to define architectures for high-speed electronic design of control units and telematics.
  • Develop and maintain system-level schematics, interface definitions, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C).
2. Embedded Systems Design
  • Design the architecture and native hardware using high-speed, high-performance microprocessors and micro-controllers for supporting automotive OS, graphics, vision systems, audio systems, radar/LIDAR systems.
  • Architect and design/validate connected vehicle systems including GNSS, LTE, BLE and Wi‑Fi.
  • Lead the design, development and integration of embedded hardware for vehicle functions such as lighting, indicators, horn, immobiliser, cluster and IMUs.
  • Collaborate with firmware teams to define hardware-software interfaces, bootloaders, and OTA update mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement UDS‑based diagnostics, fault logging, and service tools.
  • Ensure compliance with AIS‑004, ISO 26262, and other relevant automotive manufacturing and design standards.
4. Testing & Validation
  • Define and execute test plans for bench‑level and vehicle‑level validation.
  • Use tools like Vector CANoe , CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, oscilloscopes, network/spectrum analysers for debugging and validation.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with mechanical, software, powertrain, wire‑harness, and UX teams to ensure system‑level integration.
