Role & Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive protection and detailing packages.
• Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Schedule vehicle inspections, appointments, and service bookings.
• Maintain customer records, lead follow-ups, and daily sales reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates with 23 years of experience in sales, showroom sales, automotive sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with premium customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
• Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and sales-conversion skills.
• Experience in car dealerships, premium retail, automotive accessories, or detailing studios will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about PPF, ceramic coating, and automotive detailing products.
• Target-oriented, punctual, and professional.
