Job summary

Dailoqa is seeking a proactive SDET with 4-6 years of hands-on test automation experience to join our Quality Engineering team. You will design, build, and execute robust automated testing frameworks across Web and API layers while leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing workflows.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining regression suites using Java, Cucumber, Playwright or Selenium, managing Git/Maven builds, and integrating AI tooling into daily QA practices within CI/CD

Qualifications

• Java programming proficiency.
• Cucumber or J-Behave (Gherkin) experience.
• Selenium or Playwright for UI automation and API testing.
• Git and Maven experience for builds.
• AI tooling to speed up test script development and debugging.
• Strong understanding of Agile and STLC.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a proactive SDET with 4 to 6 years of hands-on test automation experience to join our Quality Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and execute robust automated testing frameworks across Web and API layers while leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, execute and maintain automation regression suite on Java, Cucumber and Playwright (or Selenium) for front-end UI and back-end APIs
• Manage source code and build processes using Git and Maven.
• Integrate modern AI-driven QA tools into daily workflows for building test scripts to optimize efficiency.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous evals.

What we are looking for

• Strong programming proficiency in Java
• Proficiency with Cucumber or J-Behave (Gherkin syntax, Step Definitions).
• Strong Hands‑on experience with Selenium or Playwright for UI automation testing and API Automation testing (RESTful services).
• Working knowledge of build tools (Maven) and version control (Git).
• AI Tooling Expertise: Practical experience using AI tools to speed up test script development, debug failures, and generate test data.
• Strong understanding of modern QA methodologies, Agile delivery, and STLC
