• We are looking for a skilled SDET with 3+ years of experience and strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong testing mindset, the ability to design robust automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable software. Experience or interest in AI-driven testing solutions is a strong advantage.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts for UI, API, and functional test coverage.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with developers to promote a shift-left approach and ensure early defect detection.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding/testing best practices.
• Analyze test execution results, debug failures, and work with teams for quick resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and overall quality engineering processes.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-based testing tools, auto-script generation, or intelligent defect prediction (good to have).

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (OOPs, Collections, Streams).
• Solid experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.
• Experience with Playwright (Java/JS) for modern UI automation.
• Experience in testing REST APIs (Rest Assured / Postman).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and integration.
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with frameworks like TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
