Job summary

Birlasoft in India is seeking an experienced QA tester for insurance-domain projects. You will perform hands-on testing of UI, web services, batch integrations, and web portals, applying solid QA methodologies and automation where applicable.

Proficiency in VB Script, XML, SQL and automation tools like HP QTP and Selenium is expected; familiarity with MTM and TFS is preferred. Experience with Guidewire P&C lifecycle is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a QA tester in the Insurance industry.
• Hands-on testing experience across UI, web services and batch-based integrations.
• Familiarity with MTM, TFS and test management tools.
• Proficiency in VB Script, XML, SQL and related languages.
• Automation testing experience with HP QTP, Selenium, etc.
• Experience with Guidewire solutions in the P&C Policy lifecycle.
