Job summary

Penta HR Solutions in Pune district, Maharashtra, invites a skilled Maintenance Engineering lead to supervise a team of maintenance engineers and drive uptime and productivity.

You will develop vendors for spares, troubleshoot machines, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and coordinate development of new machines and improvements to boost productivity in a manufacturing environment. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Instrumentation engineering.
• Experience in Special Purpose Machine commissioning/maintenance.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi.
