Job summary

Hrs Process System is seeking an automation engineer in Pune to implement S88-based control systems and develop PLC programs across STL, FBD, ladder, and graph languages. The role requires proficiency with TI Portal, WinCC, and FactoryTalk suites.

You will work with SQL scripting, VB/C++, and SQL databases, converting process logic into robust control routines and preparing verification documents for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with S88-based control systems and process automation.
• Proficient in PLC programming and multiple HMI/SCADA tools.
• Ability to convert process logic to programmed controls and prepare verification documents.

Responsibilities

1. S88 knowledge & implementation

2. PLC program languages STL, FBD, ladder, graph, (RS 500, RS 5000, Step7 Simatic manager, TI portal, WinCC, Factory talk SE, RSMS,

3. C++, VB, .NET, SQL scripting

4. SQL database, ODBC database with reporting service

5. Converting process logic to program and preparation of verification document.

6. Remote connectivity, publishing and retrieval of date

7. GAMP 5 documentation

8. Temperature, flow and pressure controlling systems

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficiency in PLC programming languages like STL, FBD, Ladder, sequential graph

2. Proficiency in step7 Simatic manager, RS 5000, TI portal, WinCC, Factory talk ME, Factory Talk SE,

3. Documentation and programming as per S88 standard and 21CFR compliant.
