Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a skilled automation engineer to lead PLC logic development, design control panels, and prepare IO lists and BOMs for control systems. You will select PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and field instruments to meet customer requirements and ensure proper testing, documentation, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities include developing alarms and batch reports for 21 CFR compliance, coordinating with electrical teams, creating AutoCAD drawings, and supporting site installation

Responsibilities

To be responsible for Process Logic development in PLC and preparation of electrical drawings.
To select PLCs, Cards, HMIs, VFDs and field instruments as per customer requirement.
To design PLC panels, PID panels and MCC panels; design HMI and SCADA screens with P&ID reference.
To develop alarm, batch, and Audit reports to compliance 21 CFR.
To ensure I/O testing and preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ documentation.
To select vendors related to Automation and engage in supplier negotiations.
To work and ensure testing of panels and instrument calibrations.
To co-ordinate with electrical team to complete electrical work.
To prepare AutoCAD drawings of control panel GA, wiring diagram, loop diagram, system architecture.
To ensure PID loop programming of PLC.
To finalize/develop handshake signals with upstream and downstream Customer equipment.
To be responsible for site installation and commissioning from all perspective of process performance of all equipments & also from the automation perspective.
To provide online support to customer as and when required.
To ensure timely updating status reports to manager.

To provide online support to customer as and when required.
