Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation and drive systems using Siemens PLCs, HMIs, Servo, and Motion Controllers.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, primarily using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Handle commissioning, testing, and maintenance of variable frequency drives (AC/DC), servo motors, and control panels.
• Develop and integrate SCADA systems and ensure seamless communication with field devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to drive systems and automation controls.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system architecture layouts.
• Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams to implement integrated automation solutions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Servo Motors, Motion Controllers, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (preferably Siemens S7, TIA Portal).
