Job summary

Acrobot Technologies is seeking an industrial automation engineer to design, program, test, and maintain automated control systems using Siemens, Mitsubishi and OMRON PLCs, servo drives, and vision/SCADA HMIs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production lines, troubleshoot PLCs and servo motor control, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 1–4 years of related experience is expected, with a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in EEE or ECE.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in EEE or ECE.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagrams, Sequential Function Charts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automated control systems using Siemens PLCs, Mitsubishi PLCs, OMRON PLCs, Servo Drive & motors, Robotic Pick & Place Application, Industrial Vision System SCADA systems, HMIs Programming
• Program industrial automation solutions for machine automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement efficient production lines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLC) programming and servo motor control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the design of electrical equipment.
