Parle Tableting Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an Automation Engineer with 2+ years of experience to develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems across multiple platforms (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron) using Structured Text and Function Block. The role includes SCADA/HMI design with MS Access/SQL integration and hands-on testing at client sites.

Responsibilities cover configuring and optimizing control logic, integrating servo drives and motion systems, commissioning field

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Automation Engineer.
• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using ST and FB languages.
• Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with MS Access/SQL integration.
• Configure, test, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.
• Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, motors, and motion control systems.
• Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems.
• Perform FAT and SAT at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operation manuals.
• Collaborate with electrical and software design teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Pan India Customer Site Support & Travel.
• 2 years of experience as Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.) using Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) languages.
• Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with integration to MS Access or SQL databases for reporting and data logging.
• Configure, test, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.
• Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, servo motors, and motion control systems (e.g., Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens).
• Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and field devices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operation manuals.
• Collaborate with electrical and software design teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
