Job summary

FEV India is seeking a seasoned Dyno technician/engineer for installation, commissioning and upgrades of dyno systems at Talegaon facility. You will handle operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and calibration to meet timelines.

The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on experience with the software tools listed, and you will ensure ISO/NABL compliance while mentoring new team members. This is an on-site role at Talegaon Dabhade in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with dyno installation, commissioning and upgradation
• Knowledge of ISO/NABL quality standards and related documentation

Responsibilities

• Dyno installation, commissioning and upgradation tasks.
• Dyno and dyno control system operation and troubleshooting.
• Dyno maintenance and calibration execution on time (>=90% cases).
• HSDA system installation and commissioning.
• PFP sensor installation and configuration.
• HSDA data validation with project engineering.
• Maintain documentation per ISO/NABL requirements for defined tasks.
• Close NCs raised in internal audits with the central quality lead.
• Guide new colleagues and impart on-job trainings to the team.
• 5S awareness and implementation across the site.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance.

• Dyno and Dyno control system operation & troubleshooting
• Dyno maintenance and calibration execution on time (>=90% cases)
• HSDA system installation and commissioning
• PFP sensor Installation and configuration
• HSDA system data validation along with Project Engg
• Maintaining documented information in accordance to the ISO / NABL requirements for defined tasks
• All NC's raised in internal audit to be closed within the defined and agreed period with central quality lead
• Guide new colleagues and impart on-job trainings to the team
• 5'S Awareness & Implementation
• Implement and Sustenance of ISO 9001(Quality management system), ISO 14001(Environment management system), ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety management system) and ISO/IEC 17025 (Laboratory management system) requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - 5 to 10 years
