Job summary

Effixon Engineering is seeking a skilled mechanical design engineer to create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor and to ensure accurate assemblies and parts lists in line with engineering standards.

The ideal candidate holds BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with strong GD&T knowledge and experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and assembly drawings across cement/mining/steel plant equipment or material handling.

Qualifications

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Should have worked in the Mechanical Equipment or Machinery Industry.
• Experience in drafting Fabrication, Manufacturing and Assembly drawings.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and welding symbols, limit fits and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Ensure accurate drawings and parts lists produced in accordance with engineering standards.
• Manage priorities to ensure project schedules are maintained.
• Experience in drafting Fabrication, Manufacturing and Assembly drawings.

Role & responsibilities

• Create 3D model and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Should have worked in the Mechanical Equipment or Machinery Industry.
• Ensure accurate drawings and parts list are produced in accordance with engineering standards.
• Experience in Material Handling, Cement Plant Equipment , Mineral Processing plant, Steel Plant, Special Purpose machine and Plant Layout
• Manage priorities to ensure project schedules are maintained.
• Experience in drafting Fabrication, Manufacturing and Assembly drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Competent in creating models and drawings.
• Experience on any of these domains: Cement/Mining/Steel plant equipment/ Heavy equipment /Process plants/Material Handling /Special Purpose Machine.
• High Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
• Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, Welding symbols, Limit Fit Tolerances.
